Three Year Covenant Community for Spiritual Formation
Kathy
White, former South Indiana Conference United Methodist Women’s
President, is leading the team who has organized our Three Year
Covenant due to begin in August of 2008. The spiritual
journey is designed for participants to attend 12 retreats in a
three year span with each year having a different focus.
·
The
first year
is a journey to discover the depths of one’s personal relationship
with God.
The
second year
focuses on cultivating relationships of trust within a community of
faith.
The
third year
challenges participants to expand their spiritual journeys of
discipleship as they relate to the needs of the world.
Kathy is
joined by Nan Chizmar, Kevin Stiles, Sam Chizmar, and Sandy Harlan
to make up the planning team for the Three-Year Covenant
Community.
Registration deadline is June 1, 2008.

Conference Session Information is available Online now!!
Online Registration
for Annual Conference
We invite
everyone - clergy, lay members, spouses, and visitors - who is planning
to attend this year's session to register today. When you register
online you can pay with your credit card or choose to mail your check
later. You can purchase a parking permit, reserve dormitory
accommodations and sign up for Conference meals. Of course, you can
also register simply to attend at no cost.
What is happening
this year?
The Registration packet provides more information on housing,
transportation, meals, helpful tips and mission giving opportunities to
assist you with your registration process. The registration packet with
the paper registration has been mailed out. Please contact us if you
need additional copies. |

Summer Camp 2008
The South Indiana Conference Outdoor Ministries program
has exciting camping opportunities available for all ages and
interests. Registration is available on-line at
www.outdoor-ministries.org
or by completing the registration form and mailing it to the
South Indiana Conference Center.
Available through the South Indiana Conference Center
this year is "ECamp" where you can send emails to the campers through
the Conference website (www.sicumc.org)
